At BDS Consultants, we are a family run business and have been established for over 30 years. Steve is a chartered building surveyor and a party wall surveyor and has over 30 years of experience in building surveying, architectural design and planning matters.

Party Wall surveying is a growing area in property and Steve has been on several training courses to remain up to date and worked for several years with building and adjoining owners to advise and help.

We carry out surveys and reports and advise on many building issues. This might include cracks in the structure of a building, dampness, poor workmanship or situations where disputes have arisen over poor work.
